Primary Class

The primary age functions as the foundation for the child’s spiritual journey. Since a child cannot love with his heart what he does not know with his mind, the goal of NLCOG Primary Ministry is to provide concrete, gospel-centered fundamental truths about God, the Bible, Worship, Prayer, and Salvation. Our prayer is that the information gleaned in these younger years will be awakened by the Holy Spirit in later years, leading to salvation.

Intermediate Class

As concrete information about God and the Bible is still being poured into the minds of these children, a shift starts to take as we place more focus on faith. NLCOG Intermediate ministry exists in order to help a child connect the truth of God’s Word to their heart. As this process unfolds, our prayer is that all children would understand the Gospel and enter into a saving faith relationship with Jesus Christ.
